If for any reason your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures you can shop with confidence.

Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gloves (all styles)

This policy helps protect all members of our equestrian community.

Simple 3-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Equisstride Style Shop Team, I would like to request a return/exchange for the following item(s) from order #[Your Order Number]: – Item Name: [Product Name] – Size: [Size] – Quantity: [Quantity] – Reason for Return: [Reason – e.g., Size Exchange, Change of Mind, etc.] Please advise on next steps. Best regards, [Your Full Name] [Your Contact Number]

2. Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Please include:

  • The completed returns form (we’ll email this to you)
  • All original packaging and tags

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refund Processing

Upon receiving and inspecting your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Exchanges: Your replacement will be shipped via your chosen method (additional shipping charges may apply)

International customers: Refunds will be processed in GBP (£). Your bank may apply foreign exchange rates.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or color? We’re happy to help:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate you’d like an exchange and specify your preferred replacement
  3. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no cost.

Competition Riders’ Note

For time-sensitive competition orders, we recommend ordering well in advance or selecting our Standard Shipping option (£12.95) to allow time for potential exchanges.
