Shipping Information

Order Processing

We carefully prepare all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping (£12.95):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note for Competition Riders: For essential competition gear, we recommend selecting Standard Shipping and ordering well in advance to accommodate potential exchanges.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia). All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All styles of gloves

2. Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive:

  • A return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • A returns form (to include in your package)

Important:

  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

3. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Exchanges: Your replacement will be shipped via your chosen method (additional shipping charges may apply)
  • International customers: Refunds processed in GBP (£). Your bank may apply foreign exchange rates

Exchange Requests

Prefer a different size or color? We’re happy to help:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate you’d like an exchange and specify your preferred replacement
  3. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll:

  • Arrange a prepaid return label
  • Expedite your replacement at no cost
