5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch

5.2 International Orders

We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

5.3 Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [email protected]. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

• In original, unworn condition
• With all tags attached
• In original packaging

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on gloves.

6.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
